Use

Use HinoBot lawfully, follow Discord rules and respect server members and other users. Do not use the service to harass, defraud, distribute malware, interfere with availability, bypass access controls or operate features on a server you are not authorized to manage.

Accounts and server authority

You are responsible for protecting your Discord account and HinoBot session. Only connect or configure servers for which you have the necessary Discord permissions. Server owners and moderators remain responsible for their own community rules and decisions made with the permissions they control.

Availability

HinoBot is provided as an online service and may change as Discord APIs and product capabilities evolve.

Privileged Discord capabilities

Some Discord features are not available because HinoBot does not currently enable the additional Discord access they require.

Support and enforcement

Support is available through the public Support route and the signed-in support area. HinoBot may restrict abusive or unsafe use when proportionate to protect users, Discord, infrastructure or legal obligations. Where practical, the service explains the affected feature and the available recovery path.

Applicable law and mandatory rights

These terms are operated by Green Paprika LLC under applicable New Mexico and United States law, without removing mandatory consumer, data-protection or jurisdictional rights that apply to a user in another country.
