Dashboard data
We store your Discord account identifier, display profile, manageable servers, configuration and feature data needed by HinoBot.
Discord access
Dashboard sign-in uses Discord OAuth identify and guilds. HinoBot processes the Discord identifiers and server information required to show servers you can manage. Additional Discord data is processed only when an enabled feature requires it and the deployment has the corresponding capability.
Purposes and legal grounds
Account and server data is used to authenticate you, provide the dashboard, apply the server configuration you request, operate moderation and community features, answer support requests, secure the service, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Processing is limited to providing the requested service, complying with legal obligations and protecting the legitimate security and reliability interests of the service and its users.
Infrastructure and recipients
HinoBot runs on infrastructure hosted by netcup GmbH and uses Cloudflare for DNS, reverse proxy and network protection. Discord receives and provides the data necessary for OAuth and bot interactions. Data is not sold to advertisers and private support conversations are not used for advertising profiles.
Retention
Account, configuration, moderation and support records are retained for as long as they are needed to provide the relevant feature, protect server history, resolve incidents or meet applicable legal obligations. Sessions and credentials follow their technical expiry or revocation rules. Data that no longer has an operational, security or legal purpose is removed according to the service retention rules.
Export and deletion
You can export or delete your dashboard account from Account. Shared server history can remain when required for the server feature that created it or for proportionate security, moderation or legal records.
Your rights
Where applicable law grants privacy rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability subject to the conditions and lawful exceptions that apply. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
